About this position:
As part of Business Services, the IMS Team provides information management, support and advice to the organisation. Our aim is to support and ensure accurate and timely information for our customers while adhering to records management guidelines, standards and relevant legislation. Progress towards or holding of a relevant tertiary qualification and or equivalent experience in a records position is desirable.
What we are looking for:
To be successful, you must have:
- Sound scanning and computer skills
- Knowledge of record keeping practices and legislation
- Knowledge and experience in the use of Electronic Document and Records Management Systems (EDRMS)
- Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old)
