Supervisor Engineering Construction
- Full time position (76 hours per fortnight)

About this position
The City of Gosnells Engineering Construction team is offering an exciting opportunity for an individual to contribute to Engineering construction projects for the community.
The primary objectives of this position include providing leadership and expertise for civil infrastructure construction projects, with a particular focus on stormwater and road works. As an Engineering Services leader, you will supervise daily engineering works and operations to ensure completion of projects within timeframes and budget.
This position is based at the City's Operation Centre in Maddington.
What we are looking for
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate:
- Sound experience overseeing civil engineering construction works in a medium to large organisation.
- Sound knowledge of civil infrastructure construction practices, particularly in relation to stormwater and road works.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to all aspects of the Engineering Operations sector.
- Proven ability to lead by example.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential requirements
- Current Driver's Licence
- White Card
- Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old). Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
Qualifications in Civil Engineering and/or Frontline Management are not essential but will be highly regarded.
